What is your return policy for beauty items?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is in the shipping stage, we are unable to process cancellations.
